At LUXÉ PARFUM, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund or exchange. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through luxeparfum.com. Products purchased through authorized retailers are subject to the retailer’s own return policy.

Return Eligibility

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging, with all seals intact, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. The product must be in resalable condition with no signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene regulations, opened, tested, or used items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes products where the cellophane wrap, cap seal, or spray mechanism has been removed or activated.

Gift sets, limited editions, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sample sizes and discovery sets are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping where applicable. You may be asked to return the damaged item for quality inspection before a refund is processed.

Manufacturing defects such as a broken atomizer, cracked bottle, or significant fill level discrepancy are covered under our quality guarantee regardless of the 14-day return window.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email support@luxeparfum.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Do not send products back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed. Please pack items securely in their original box to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds to gift cards or store credit are issued immediately upon approval.

If you paid using a promotional discount or gift card, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid after discounts. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product, shipping error, or mistake on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

For eligible returns due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a fragrance for a different scent or size, please return the original item following this policy and place a new order for your preferred product.

If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or store credit at your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at support@luxeparfum.com with your order and return details.
